1. We shall allow purchased item to be returned only due to the below conditions:
- if the item is defective in its original state or
- the wrong item has been delivered due to the fault of us
2. For a valid/ acceptable return, please follow and adhere to the below:
- Contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the item via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that it shall be our discretion on whether we will allow return if we are informed after the stipulated 3 working days. Please in the email, provide clear photos of the defective items or wrong items.
- Return items shall be in its original conditions (not damaged, not worn and not washed) with the labels/ tags and the original packaging.
- All postages i.e. postage fee paid to deliver to you and return to us shall be reimbursed by us. However, for return postage arrangement, please follow our shipping procedures which will be provided step by step in our email reply.
- Returned shipping arrangement is only via our preferred logistics provider.
- Return is not applicable for item sold and delivered outside Singapore.
- Return is not applicable for all sales or promotional items
3. We do not provide any cash refunds for the return items but the value of the items and to-be reimbursed postage fee (if applicable) shall be available to you as store credit for your next purchase. Please allow us 7 working days to credit the store credit to your account upon the receipt of the valid/ acceptable return item.
1. We shall allow sold and delivered item to be exchanged strictly for its size and or/ colour for the same item only (i.e. one-to- one). We regret to inform that we are not able to allow exchange for a different item.
2. For a valid/ acceptable exchange, please follow and adhere to the below:
- Contact us within 3 working days upon receiving the item via email at email@example.com. Please note that it shall be our discretion on whether we will allow exchange if we are informed after the stipulated 3 days. Please in the email, provide clear photos of exchanged item.
- Discounted items and/ or items sold via a discounted code shall not be entitled for exchanged.
- Intimate wear and/ or accessories (e.g. lingerie etc) shall not be entitled for exchanged.
- Exchanged items shall be in its original conditions (not damaged, not worn and not washed) with the labels/ tags and the original packaging.
- All postages i.e. postage fee paid to deliver to you and return to us shall be borne by you (i.e. the buyer). For return postage arrangement, please use registered postage for local order and shipping method with tracking for overseas order. Please state the relevant tracking information in your email to us for return postage.
- In event that the exchanged item is of a lower price, no further re-fund shall be given for the difference.
- Exchange items shall be re-delivered only upon receiving the postage fee for the re-delivery.
3. We will process the exchange within 7 working days upon the receiving the exchanged item if there is available stock locally. If the to-be exchanged item is not available locally but overseas, we will process the exchange within 21 working days. In event that the exchanged item is no longer available in the market, store credit of the same value shall be available to you for your next purchase. Store credit shall have a validity of 6 months upon the date of issue.
4. We will also be able to provide exchange through our online exchange booking system. Please go to our einashop-exchange portal to book an exchange appointment with us.
4. For further information in this respect, we suggest that the customer to carefully read our “Return and Exchange Policy” which forms part of this terms and conditions.
No Cash Refund policy
We do apologize that all items sold and delivered shall not be entitled to any cash refund in any circumstances. However, in replacement of the cash refund, store credit shall be available to you for your next purchase only if applicable. Store credit shall have a validity of 6 months upon the date of issue.
Lost, missing or non delivered items for Return and/ or Exchange
1. For all items that are to be returned or exchanged, the customer will be responsible to ensure that the parcels are packed securely and sealed properly.
2. Please indicate the returned address clearly and accurately as provided by us so that the items can be delivered.
3. We shall not bear any responsibility for any such returned parcels that are lost or non-delivered.
4. We shall advise that for all shipping arrangements for returned parcels to be delivered via a trackable postage shipping arrangement.
5. Please provide us with the detailed shipping information for the returned item for us to also track the item delivery.
Returned items that are not qualified for return or exchange
1. Upon the receiving the returned items, the items will be crossed checked to determine whether the items qualified to be returned or exchanged.
2. We shall return the abovementioned items to the customers If the items are found to be purposely/ willfully damaged or the defective claims are true.
3. The customer shall bear all the shipping costs incurred due to the multiple shipping required.
Right to not accept return request after the stipulated timeframe
1. We shall on a case to case basis review all return requests after the stipulated time frame.
2. However, we shall reserve to the right to not accept any return request if the request is made after our above mentioned stipulated timeframe.
